Generating an Info File
pdb2info <pdbfile> pagename <infofile>
<pdbfile> is an existing pdb file which was generated using pdbimport. pagename is the name of a page within the pdb file; it is used as the root node for generating the info file. All decendants of pagename will be included in the info file. Finally, <infofile> is the name of the info file to be generated. The names of the nodes within the info file are the names of pages from which they are generated.
